With CNERGY, Cablon Medical develops its own verification software – and the matching hardware, from the palm-vein scanner to the check-in terminal. Created together with a Dutch radiotherapy centre, it steps in exactly where human error would have the most serious consequences, and integrates with the R&V system and the linac.

A bolus should sit against the skin. Not bridge over it.
BolusCare is a two-component bolus that is moulded directly on the patient – no pre-forming, no additional software or equipment. The result: far fewer air gaps than with conventional bolus sheets, even on scars, the scalp or the chest wall.

Hollmann Medical was founded by Bastian Hollmann: a former radiographer (MTRA) with many years of experience in medical technology sales. Alongside him work medical physicists and colleagues with many years in the radiotherapy industry. The team knows the requirements of radiotherapy departments from both sides – and brings that perspective into every consultation.

Which manufacturers does Hollmann Medical represent in Germany?
Hollmann Medical is the sales partner for Germany of four radiotherapy manufacturers: Leo Cancer Care (upright radiotherapy), CQ Medical (patient positioning and immobilisation), Cablon Medical (patient identification and verification with CNERGY) and BolusCare (mouldable bolus).
What is upright radiotherapy?
In upright radiotherapy the patient sits upright and is rotated in front of a fixed beam instead of lying under a rotating gantry. Leo Cancer Care offers Marie® for particle therapy (CE marked in May 2026), the Eve positioning system with six degrees of freedom and an upright CT for imaging in the treatment position.
How does patient identification by palm-vein scan work?
CNERGY Go! by Cablon Medical identifies patients contactlessly by their individual palm-vein pattern (false acceptance rate below 0.00001 %). Without a positive match the linac does not start. The system integrates with the R&V system and the linear accelerator and also works when patients wear a face mask.
What is BolusCare used for?
BolusCare is a CE-marked two-component bolus for radiotherapy. The components are mixed 1:1, moulded directly on the patient in about one minute and cure in about five minutes. In the planning CT BolusCare measures approx. 1,200 HU; it is reusable across fractions and available in 30 g, 80 g and 150 g.
